I called my brother who is a surgeon of those private parts and he told me that A: I just need 3-4 weeks of rest and physical therapy or B: I will need a pretty routine surgery.
I am pretty worried and bummed that his could not have come at a worse time for racing.
Dante Culpepper would have half ingested me before half time!
any chance of pushing off the surgery for a month? will that make it worse? does it matter? if you are going to fix it anyways, perhaps they would entertain the idea of you finishing up the season... or is it too painful to even ride?
ugh. sorry dude.
you will still get some of my moms vegan cookies if you come to the races.
damn yash. take care of those, the world needs a mini-yash or three. keep us updated and come heckle, its been sucky not having you around since like, amesbury or whatever the last race we were both at was (that said, I have been doing well without you, on second thought, stay home).
feel better. as jj said, any chance you can finish the season?
better yet, a page style comeback late in the season where you are fresh and hungry and come out and kick butt to avenge your lost season? 3-4 off weeks means you could start riding maybe end of nov and at least come play for a few late races and hit up nats?
Yash - My heart cries the tears of many flowing rivers on this news. There is empathy in my soul, I know the place where you are & I pray that you have a return similar to mine.
The body is an amazing thing, especially one that is on good fitness. May you find yourself well enough to compete by thanksgiving. And lest you forget...RFLCS...
Yash, I am real sorry to hear this news on your injury, especially sucky to happen during cross season. I hope you are able to heal up and return in short time. Whether you're racing or not, I look forward to seeing your affable self soon. Get well dude!

sorry man... really sorry.
:(
hopefully you will still come out, so we can hang out??
Shit! Get better soon. Dante Culpepper played with one, perhaps you will recover sooner than you think. Be positive!

I am totally looking for the Page style comeback for RI.
But maybe not. We shall see. Don't worry, I come cheer for friends.
But no kicking me in the nuts.
dang that sucks, although it could have been worst. I'm glad that it will be healed up in a few weeks.
I'm devastated with this news.

Thanks dudes. The news of not being able to complete the season was almost as painful as the pain in my boys when I reach down to tie my shoes.
Seriously though, apparently this is a pretty easy thing to do so make sure to stretch!!!!!!!!!
I will see you fools at Canton. Look away if I am weeping because I can not ride in the pain train with you guys.
good luck tomorrow yash !!
All of Hup will be sending
positive thoughts in support of
you and the boys full recovery.
Maybe we can send the slutty coffee girls to drive you home from your surgery ?? :)
