In Brookline, right near my work, there is this strange, and beautiful section right by the Saint Mary T-Stop where there is a Japanese bakery, a new French bakery and a small Spanish Tapas Restaurant. There is also an Economy Hardware store where many hipsters like to work.
Finally, there is a really small Sushi Express there that serves addicting Fried Chicken bowls. It is a must try.

I like the use of angles in your composition. Also, the juxtaposition of the organic and the material is devastating.
This is one of many conscious steps I take in my quest for Petite bourgeoisie-esque status.
Although I do consider the work I do here at the Med school pretty much like art...
This weekend I am headed off to NH to a cabin to do some snow shoeing and some cross country skiing.
Also, if you flip any of these pictures 90 degrees, you can get an introspective look into what it must feel like to wake up at 9AM in the same clothes worn the night before and realizing the harsh realities of father time.
I partially grew up in St Mary's; my father and my first step mother had an apartment on Beacon St, four doors down from the Busy Bee. The apartment was huge and rent controlled at $192 a month through the early and mid 80's. You should really check out the park behind St. Mary's (the other side of Beacon Street from the photo that you posted, it think). It is called Amory Park. I used to play there as a kid. It is still very well maintained and there is a cool little "nature area". I still like to go there to read in the summer. Also, I sometimes do cross workouts there.
