Today I bid farewell to all of my Dura ace 9 Speed components. I have had some incarnation of this group since 1997. That is a really long time ago. Much has happened since that time, and in some ways, it will be sad to see these components go since I feel that it would mark a new chapter in life.

I have just transitioned out of my Zipp 404 phase into my PowerCranks period.
Yes. I get a little sentimental when I sell things like Dura Ace shifters from a bygone era.
I am irrationally attached to my Campagnolo 8 speed gear.
That frame looks awesome. You'll be racing it this fall?
Yes, it is my A-bike.
It is no Mantis, but I think it will do just fine.
I can only imagine how awesome Deep Dish carbon wheels will look with the thin tubing of a steel frame...
Should I offer you first dibs on the Edge 2-68's?
