Yes, you do need to say more...specifically that he is dressed in various costumes throughout the year that are gifted by important dignitaries. They have a museum that has all of his costumes on display. I think it would be prudent for Hup United to send over an XXXS skinsuit.

I think a T shirt with a small boy peeing on the front might give people the wrong idea. Maybe a special NAMBLA HUP collaboration.
Actually, the designer and I were discussing putting the Mannekin Pis on the LCC kit.
